GSQ Charity Project Specifications

The following sizes are not absolute requirements but are suggestions that meet the needs of our charities. We specify 55 inches as the maximum width for most quilts since our batting is 120 inches wide and we can cut batting for two quilts from one width of batting.

Guidelines

​

  • No florals on boys quilts. The boys will not take them.

  • Borders on all quilts except string block quilts. Please back tack all border seams.

  • Rectangular quilts are more preferable than square quilts.

  • Maximum width is 55 inches
